Called the indy police, got voice mail, so I will call back later on. I googled to find out which district to call, and this one seems to be the proper one. Google has its HQ 2.5 miles from this dirtbag's house.

Got through to the police. everybody who follows up, give the dirtbags name, addy, and description off that myspace photo. this is my case number, everyone who follows should reference mine and post up theirs so that the police can link these crimes together (I'm not making that up, that's exactly what the officer told me): DP09171641

I told them I would be more than happy to travel to testify. This isn't about the money, it is about the priciple of the thing, and putting a stop to this guys little crime spree.

Hey everyone! I'm a 29 year old straight SWM looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom, 2 story townhouse. The room's open now, you could move in immediately.

THE PLACE:

- $300 a month + a $300 deposit. Utilities (Power, Gas, Home Phone/Internet) are split 50/50. Usually they're around $75 a person.

- 4 blocks south of Butler University, near 42nd & Michigan Rd. Walking distance from Butler, the Art Museum (IMA), Holcomb Gardens, and tons of nature trails around White River. 5 minute drive from Broad Ripple, 10 drive to downtown, easy interstate or bus access.

- 2 Bedrooms, you'll get the larger of the two with a large closet. Hardwood floors throughout. W/D hook-ups in the basement.

- The place is fully furnished (except your room), I've lived here 2 1/2 years and have pretty much everything you need already.

- Fairly large, nice, mostly fenced in backyard. Very nice local park across the street. Great neighborhood.

ME:

- I'm a 29 year old laid back dude. I sell comics, action figures, and other collectibles online for a living mostly. I'm mainly trying to work towards a career writing and doing stand-up comedy. I've been doing amateur stand-up for around three years or so. Before I started the internet thing, I waited tables for almost a decade and managed a video store in Broad Ripple until it went out of business last year.

- I'm surprisingly neat & clean considering I'm a single guy in my late 20's. I usually keep up on all the house stuff except dusting. I hate dusting.

- I'm a HEAVY cigarette smoker who smokes in the house, so you'll have to be cool with that.

- I'm also a regular 420 smoker, so you need to be cool with that, too.

- I almost never have parties here or drink very much at home, but I don't have any problem with that. The neighbors are, though, and I hang out with them frequently. Usually, I'm staying up late watching TV/movies, playing video games or online. I do occasionally have friends over, but not usually more than 1 or 2 at a time once every week or two. As long as you don't mind TV noise at night, we'll be fine.

- I also have a cat, so you better be ok with that. He doesn't cause problems, mainly just keeps to himself.


YOU:

- I'm pretty open to anyone as long as you're a good, cool person who can pay their bills. I couldn't care less about your race, sex, orientation or religion. For the record I'm a very liberal, non-religious guy.

- Preferably someone around my age, in their twenties/early thirties.

- I'm ok with you bringing in another pet if you have one, but there would probably be a short adjustment period with my cat as he hasn't lived around other animals in 5 or 6 years and he's pretty territorial.
