\r\n I appologize if this has already been asked, and I guess I\'ve been a little out of the loop, but will the Retaliation wave 3.5. figures be sold at Walmart and Target? How about TRU? The closest Walmart and Target stores by my house have taken all the Joe figures off the pegs and other figures have taken their place. I\'ve ordered Kwinn online and he should be here in a few days. And I\'ve ordered a few Ultimate Dukes off of ebay and that\'s it.\r\n

    \r\n In spite of having the Wave on preorder, I did do some looking this past weekend. On Saturday, I had to go to Target. There wasn\'t a Joe figure in there. I stopped by TRU on the way back just for the fun of it. There weren\'t any from the new Wave. I, also, had to go to Wal-Mart this past Sunday for a family member and I didn\'t see any new ones in there either. And, today, I had to stop by Rite Aid and they didn\'t have any. I didn\'t think they would have anything from the new Wave, but I was hoping that they might have had some PoC figures in there like before.\r\n

(You were right about Duke. Swap out the head with the extra one and it\'s sublime) With free S+H from EE, and not having to pay local sales tax, I\'ll save some $$$$$ over TRU, assuming they ever show up.\r\n

    I think they will show up at TRU and other stores. But, if they take any longer, they\'re going to sell a whole lot less because everyone will already have gotten what they wanted online. And, that\'s not good for the brand at retail. Personally, I\'m done with the Wave. I\'m just waiting to receive my preorder. I won\'t do army building at around $10.00 a figure. I might get one more CG. I don\'t know. It\'s not going to stop me from looking to see if they ever show up in local stores around here, though. I might as well look if I\'m going to the stores regardless and pass the information along if I see anything.\r\n

    \r\n As I reported elsewhere, I\'ve found the Ultimate Wave at Walgreens. First a Kwinn, and later a CG.

    \nI was done looking, but since I\'m hurting for a couple Hot Wheels Retro Entertainment Battlestar Galactica vehicles (Showing up at Mal Warts) I ended up hitting a few more Walgreens just because - No Joes at Wallys, \'cept for W1 peg warmers, but I did find two Dukes and a CC at WGs... I also came to the conclusion that it\'s impossible to shop at a Walgreens without encountering a panhandler at EVERY store. There but for the grace of sound investments go I.

This morning I found nine of the twelve - an employee musta\' cherry picked the Kwinn, Budo and Data Viper. I\'m totally cool with that seeing as I don\'t need anymore of those guys.     My store used to get one truck a week, now it\'s two trucks every two weeks, and last week was \'the week\'. So, the Joes I picked up had been in the store room for at least seven days. Back in the day - TRU used to work the trucks out in a couple days.

    \r\n Well, I finally went to my local TRU this week. It\'s possible that they had gotten in figures from Wave 3.5 and sold them. I think this because the store was rearranged and the Joes ended up in an isle instead of on an endcap and there was a lot of peg space with the older figures scattered about. But, I really don\'t know.

    \r\nAlso, when I was at the Dollar General that\'s closest to me before I went to TRU, I noticed a blue CC from the second Dollar General Wave there. So, I guess they got them in and sold the other ones. At least I know that they\'re in my area and they could get more in. I\'ve seen the first Wave get restocked a couple of times.\r\n

    It\'s very possible. Wave 3.5 has been confirmed at Walmart, TRU, and Walgreens. And if the numbers are as high as Hasbro said they were they will eventually saturate everywhere. It\'s just a matter of clearing out the first waves first now.\r\n

    \r\n My TRU just got done with their reset, at least I think they\'re done, there\'s still a lot of empty space on the peg boards - sometimes I joke that I have a better selection of toys in my house.

    \nToday I stopped by the Walgreens by my folks house and was shocked to find the price on their horrible selection of Joes had been hiked up to $11.49. Good luck with that, one can find that ishy green pants Tatum (Puke Pantsuit Duke) at the Wally World up the "skreet" on clearance for $7.

    \nAs for DG, I keep missing the blue Trooper, all I see are leftovers, mainly green Shippys and blue CCs, although I did find another Black Cobra Trooper today. Haven\'t seen one in almost a year. It was fresh stock too, so I guess they\'re still shipping.\r\n

    \r\n After one of my Walmarts reset there were 2 pegs of Retaliation figs and 2 pegs of Retaliation crappy motorcycles. It was like that as recently as 2 days ago. I checked today and the pegs were gone only to be replaced with some toy I\'ve never heard of. No retaliation to be found. What the crud?\r\n

    I was at the Wal-Mart here today and they did pretty much the same thing. The only difference being the figures and motorcycles were moved to the end of an isle and placed on a shelf with the other Joe toys below them. They didn\'t even have them on pegs.\r\n

I\'m probably going to go to Target sometime soon. I might as well check Marshalls on the way back to see if they got any GI Joe items in. I haven\'t been there for awhile.\r\n

Apparently WM\'s sales are down, and as unsold merch is piles up, orders are being cut. I even read that they don\'t have the manpower to keep the shelves adequately stocked, so what they do have on hand takes forever to make it to the sales floor.\r\n

    \r\n I went back to TRU again today. There was still no signs of Retaliation Wave 3.5.

    \r\nI, also, went to my closest Dollar General. They still had a blue CC from their exclusive 2nd Wave and they restocked with figures from Wave 1. I saw a Cobra trooper in black and a CC in black. I haven\'t seen a Cobra Trooper like that in over a year.\r\n

Funny thing, most of everything I\'ve left behind following the last three cases is still lingering - that being everything but Duke, the CG, Combat Ninja and Data Viper. Best assortment in a while, but the big dogs like SS and SE are still hanging around.\r\n

    I\'m not surprised about SS and SE. That\'s pretty much who I see leftover from the 1st Retaliation Wave everywhere. Probably every kid and collector out there has enough figures of those two to last a lifetime. The SS is really good, though. I think it\'s the best one Hasbro ever released. SE is okay. The only thing that I\'m not happy about is Hasbro changing the head sculpt from what they originally showed. He could have been an ultimate version of the v2 style Snake Eyes. Instead, he feels more like just another Retaliation version.\r\n

    \r\n I stopped off at the 2 TRU\'s in my area on Saturday. Pretty obvious I missed the 3.5 case as there was some scant evidence that they had restocked and I missed the boat- I did get to see that cool new Grimlock (TF) 2 pack though. I hit the other one and arrived on time- picked up Quinn and CG. Passed on the combat ninja viper though. Didn\'t see any data vipers so I was bummed there.

    \nLOVE the new CG. He comes with stickers for those of you army building him- you can give them ranks. Love Quinn too but was a little disappointed with his weapon assortment- cannot carry the sniper rifle- the shotgun is cool though. The sculpt is excellent. I know he carrys the .50cal in the comic but the old soldier in me just cant see that being realistic! \r\n

      Retaliation Wave 3.5 figures coming to Walmart, Target or TRU?

      I appologize if this has already been asked, and I guess I've been a little out of the loop, but will the Retaliation wave 3.5. figures be sold at Walmart and Target? How about TRU? The closest Walmart and Target stores by my house have taken all the Joe figures off the pegs and other figures have taken their place. I've ordered Kwinn online and he should be here in a few days. And I've ordered a few Ultimate Dukes off of ebay and that's it.
