My review this week covers the 1986 Beach Head v. 1. I've tried to be as thorough as possible, but I probably missed something. I always do.

Just watched your review of BH. Very well done!!! "If I could have had the playability of the 1980's with the look of the modern Id never have went to college"- sooooooooooooooooooo true!!!! Im with you all the way there my friend. If you are a BH fan though, the one that came in the Retaliation 3 pack with the desert camo is EXCELLENT!!
I always took the "75" as a nod to the 75th Ranger Regiment myself- even though the 75th Division patch is displayed. The 75th wasnt active in 1986.
An icon of the second gen of Joes. I got my first one about 10 years ago and of course it had a broken crotch. I was looking at my eldest son's collection last night and he picked one up at Joe Con 2010 for $15. I almost swiped it!!! LOLI'm into Heavy Metal, mayhem and explosions.....

I'm glad you liked it! Beach Head always got of play time. The 75th Infantry patch is a curiosity. You're right, the 75th wasn't active in 1986, but the patch doesn't look anything like the 75th Ranger Regiment. Maybe the 75th Infantry patch was chosen because it looked better on the figure than the Ranger patch would have. I don't know.
