I have had several items for sale on the marketplace and I just looked and saw that one of my items was marked as sold. This is the first time selling an item and I was wondering if I was suppose to receive an e-mail notification? I looked under my account and saw that I had one notification which showed the item sold on May 31, 2015. I could not click on the "payment instructions" or "view details." How do I know who bought the item? Below is the screen capture of what I can see but I have no other information about the purchase. Thank you for any help you can provide.
Now I am showing that two more of my items have sold and I still have no idea how to find the information to contact the buyer of the products. The links for "View Details" and "Payment Instructions" are inoperable. Can someone please contact me about this? It is unbelievable that 4 weeks have passed since my first post about this issue and yet no response from anyone who operates this forum.
I sent an e-mail to submissions@yojoe.com on 8/17/15 and I have yet to receive a response about the marketplace issue. I still have no idea who has purchased 3 of my items or how to get in touch with them.
So I saw two Joes on the market place listed for 0.00 with no info about if their looking to trade or in fact giving them away but I clicked to buy them if they are free but haven't been contacted by anyone or given any info
I am getting nowhere with this marketplace issue. I still have not received an e-mail response from the e-mail I sent on 8/17/15 and I still have no way of finding out who has purchased three items from me.
