Nullifier variant, or did I get funskooled?

I received this figure as part of an auction I won a while back. I use him as a Nullifier Commander, since he's the only figure I have like it and he doesn't quite match the typical Nullifier gear. Of course, it could be someone's first attempt at a custom figure as well.

It's a custom, using the Nullifier helmet from Spy troops Heaby Duty and a Delta 6 Accelerator Suit figure from Rise of Cobra (Duke, Ripcord, or Speed Metal).

Sorry for the late reply, been busy with school and work. Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure if it was a custom or what, all I know is I got the figure in a bulk figure auction a while back. And now I know........
