Action Pilot variation (keychain)

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed the variation with a molded-on keychain attachment hook? The archieve only shows two versions with backpack-peg hook but not the one I have received in a lot with all 4 Action versions, even the back of the box shows different versions of the 4 figures.
I also find it a bit odd that the peg inside the helmet on the keychain version doesnt match the hole drilled in the head (peg mounted at the front and hole at the back of the head), major QC blunder if you ask me

One last thing, the head mould is also different on all three versions, one sports a scar down the right cheek.

There are actually 3 variations for each of the single carded keychain figures - thin plug, thick plug, and molded ring.

Okay, thanks I couldnt find any pictures of the molded ring or closeups of the 3 different head molds.

Hehe, I know it all too well as I am going to reshoot my entire collection for my own site as a lot of figures have been replaced with better versions and new have been added
