Canadian Flag decals with Joe vehicles/playsets?

Hey guys, just joined the forum and I've been collecting vintage Joes for a couple of years now.

One question I hope someone can help me with is regarding decals. I recall when I was a kid in Canada, the vehicles that I had all came with Canadian flags as part of the decals instead of American flags. Does anyone know if this was the case for the 1983 Headquarters playset?
