Figure identification: 2002 Agent Scarlett V2 with white trimmings.

Hi everyone,
i was going through my collection and found a Scarlett figure that was painted like 2002 Agent Scarlett V2, but has white belt, straps etc. I've looked all over the internet for this version and have come up empty. Does anyone have any information on this figure? I know I bought it this way, so it's not a custom.
