Re-attaching blades on a Dragonfly

Good morning all! Need some help with this one. Got a dragonfly in the mail and the genius decided to pull the blades out of the dragonfly to ship. Try as I might I cannot seem to get it back in place, tried pushing and screwing and even tapping but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions??

They should just slide right back in and then hold.
