Can you help id these toys?

These pictures are too blurry and a bit too dark, but I know it's not easy getting a decent picture.

First post and I am asking for some obscure help. Circa 2000 I bought at Rite Aid pharmacy this large playset compatible with 3 3'4 inch figures that I thought made a great Cobra base. It was blue, with a large front door and two separate towers each with red missile lauchers and another launcher in the center. The other side was the command center, with a jail cell and computer panel that swung out to a secret door. The whole think looked perfect for either Cobra or the Empire. Unfortunately I let someone borrow it and it was thrown away! Could anyone help me identify this bizarre item?

Hey Orionlukteel, #84 is the brain box for a Dino-Rider, I believe the Anklyosaurus but maybe the Deinonychus. It looks ike it might be broken from the pic though.

86 and 87 are from Remco's toy line. One is a Sgt. Rock toyline figure (not sure which or if he had a name), the guy in black was from the generic label "The Bad Guys".

I ave been racking my brain wondering what figure this backpack goes to. Ive looked through whobit and could not for the life of me find this. It does fight in joe backs though.

that looks a lot like the backpack that came with european night creeper. he came with a spring loaded launcher and a backpack like that. try it in a night creeper. will be weird if it doesnt fit.
