This guy is a major problem, and it is astounding that eBay turns a complete eye to his antics. He has so many eBay IDs, and screwed so many sellers, I\'ve lost count. If you\'ve been selling MOC, MIB or MISB vintage G.I.Joe or Transformers as auctions on eBay for the last while, you\'ve likely had the unfortunate opportunity to get him as a \'buyer\'.

\n3. He turned down my offer twice, instead trying to guilt me into letting him keep the figure and get some money back. I made it very clear that is not happening, and put a link to this thread in the bottom of my last message.
\n4. After, that, his messages have degenerated into ALL CAPS (sorry) and pretty much, in my opinion, harassment.
