How do you create a sale/discount on Ebay?

Probably a stupid question, but can anyone tell me how to do this quickly? I can't find the answer on their website, and doing a google search with the words "ebay" and "sale" is no help whatsoever.

I have a MIB Action Force Tomahawk I'd like to offer a substantial discount on... It's at a fairly high price with a best offer option right now, but I guess I haven't been obvious enough that I'd take a substantial discount on this. Can anyone help?

If your asking how to get the "_% OFF" icon and highlighted sale price shown on your listing, I believe you have to have a "store", and the piece has to be listed as part of your store's inventory. It sucks.

Correct.

If you don't have a store, you can simply revise your auction price.

can you not revise and write in discription that you will give discount and give free shipping too. I have a docto rwho rare variant cyber controler at £50.00 I tried to give the buyers all kinds of offtakes but no one wants him but you may be more lucky with the tomahawk good luck

I predict there will be at least one less ebay store tommorrow.

I'm turning mine off at 2300 tonight. from now on, I will run 25 listing fee free auctions a week. had they given subscribers (store owners) the 100 free auctions a month, I would have been tempted to keep it.

Too bad they figured out store inventory w/best offer was the quickest way to sell stuff on ebay. This is the first time they have done anything that made me really reconsider. The listing fee increase alone was gonna be $50+ a month for somebody like me with a well rounded inventory.
