Is that what I've heard, because I still haven't seen it. Toys R Us still has a few, but I've heard it doesn't work on a PS2.

If they work on DVD players, I don't understand why they wouldn't work on PS2's?

What type of PS2 do you have? The first PS2s issued out did not play CDRW or CDRs. The second ones to come out did. Look at the box in came in and look at the lower left hand corner. I hope this helps.
