Wizard is adding two more cities to their convention circuit according to the word on the street. So don't be suprised to see Wizard World Seattle in 2006.

I think you are going to have very little luck finding those cards locally now that there are no WOTC stores. Unless a big box like your work place carrys them, then you will have to internet order them. No comic/card stores that I know wanted to risk carrying them because there is little demand. I honestly don't think this game will be around long. They should have done a minature game like the upcoming Star Wars one. Then I would have bought some.

Went to Wallmart over at the Super Mall in Auburn and the Target at Remond. They have the comic packs. Walmart has comic pack # 3.

Saw lots of the Sting Raider, Tigerhawk and Target exclusive packs at several of the north end Targets today.

Hate to break in because I'm just Eastern WA., but the Spokane Valley Target and Wal*Mart just got in comic packs #3 and Wave 4 this week.

So the Clutch 3-pack is getting more plentiful. Only a matter of time before you'll be sick of seeing them warming pegs :)

Check out your local Fred Meyer. I was surprised that they had something new and haven't seen. Didn't find Scarlett yet, but all decent repaints over Wave 1. Too bad Swamp Rat and Alpine didn't come with their real accessories since I like these over the first releases.

I don't buy the comic packs myself, but the Targets in Federal way and Kent usually have pretty good stocks of them. Also Action city comics in Federal way has the cards. The owner Jim, ordered them just because I asked him to.

Lynnwood Target HAD the comic packs 21, 24 and 49 this morning so they are hitting now. No other north end Targets had them (Everett or Lake Stevens).

Everett TRU has the Hoverstrike for $5.94 after tax - I couldn't pass it up for that. I figured I could shell out $6 for it.

Wave 3 of the single carded figures have hit Fred Meyer in the Seattle area, specifically Lake City, but sure the others are bound to get them.

No there isn't an aweful lot of Joes there. There is some but I don't think 3 hours worth. But of course I say that now and watch there be a ton.

The Toy Stable in Spanaway WA is just a bit north of you in the Tacoma area. They have a good share of Joes there but they have gotten more than a bit pricey over the last few years. There is still a lot to look at and you could find some deals.

25th five packs have been found at the TRU in Beaverton. ToyBliss in Lake Oswego also had them.

I have been looking all around the Greater Seattle Area south. I did a bunch of stores last week and the closest I came was some signs were up at the Target store on 260th street. I think that is in Kent. I went back there today and they finished the reset and the signs were still in place. No 25th products though. They did have the combat squad guys and the Adventure team. That tiger is looking really sweet. I have seen those 8 inch guys all over the place. The Southcenter Target also got the reset done. So probably did all the other Targets in the area.
I was in the Target in Lacey, WA on Sunday. I can't remember if they had done their reset.
So that is my report on searching for the 25th toys in Seattle area.

We have been finding the new Joes fairly regularly on the north end at TRU and Targets.

I found 4 single 25th figures today. I left a CC on the peg at the Northgate Toys R Us. I got a Flint, SS, CC, and a Cobra Officer.

I always try the North End stores but I had been trying the South End stores to be different. Now I have 4 figures and want more.

I found 5 packs all over the place today. The Big Kmart on Aurora had 3 5packs, 2 Cobra and 1 Joe.

The Fred Meyer on 85th is where I finally found my single pack Snake-Eyes with white Timber. They also had a CC and CO. Cobra Commander and Cobra Officer.

The oddest thing I found out today was the abundance of 5 packs I saw in the North end stores. I saw at least 1 5 pack in multiple places. Try the Fred Meyers is the only thing I can really say.

Alderwood Mall Toys R Us is a wonderful store. I did not realize that it was a big store. I have become so used to the Northgate and Southcenter stores that I forgot that there are bigger stores out there. If anyone is looking for the Plague troopers 6 pack, go there. They had like 8 on the shelf. I plan on using the one I bought to make my own Steel Brigade trooper. Most likely I will use the head of the bad guy because he looks like me and try to put it on a Snake-Eyes v13 body I hope to have lying around. I think I have an extra.

So I bought 44 and 101, got a great deal on Parachute SE with BAT Sigma 6, 6 pack plague, 5 pack Cobra, 5 pack Joes, and Snake Eyes with white Timber.

Now I want a black Timber and it will hold me until the next wave.

wish the same were true around here. Puyallup/Tacoma is completely dry. Not a single 25th Joe to be found anywhere. Walmart has one trooper-swapped 5-pack, and 3 joe 5-packs, but thats it.

I still did not get my black Timber from Wave 1. I barely even saw Wave 1 at the stores. Now Wave 3 is available and I look around at least once a week and missed everything.

Though the Super Wal-Mart near Enchanted Waves(?) on the the Enchanted Parkway has 20 Cobra Commanders. Why they have so many of the one figure and nothing else, I don't know.

Fred meyers in N Puyallup has 2 cases of wave 3.... except the red ninjas cause i stole those. Also, the wave 3 cases are shipping with officers, not troopers. Not really happy about that one...

All I've seen in around Portland is Wave 3 and it was only one stocking, two weeks ago at least.

Since then, things have just been dwindling on the pegs, and now they're mostly bare everywhere.

I hope Fred Meyer replenishes, since it's the only place I can conveniently scope out routinely.

It isn't a big show and can be pretty hit or miss. I have gotten Revenge of the Jedi proof cards at one show and nothing at the next one. You never know what will be there.

Keep your eyes peeled - the Wave 4 carded boxed figures have been showing up at both Wal-Mart and Fred Meyer.

I looked last week but I could not remember which was which. Plus I thought I had picked up some of the figures that I had seen. The two figures that I found at the Lake City Fred Meyer.

There are lots of the first three comics packs at the Everett Target this morning - none at the Lynnwood or Woodinville stores though.

I know we're in the dead zone (post-Christmas, pre-reset).

But I wanted to drop a line on what I've found recently:

TRU and Fred Meyer seem dead, but Targets are getting restocked with Wave 3 rev. cases. I grabbed a revised torso Beach-Head (what a difference that makes!) at Jantzen Beach Target in Portland yesterday.

Anyone find Wave 5 in the NW? It seems like I saw Willie&Joe post that he snagged them in Eugene, but I can't find that post now.

I figure Fred Meyer's going to be a good bet for Wave 5 sometime this month since the warehouse got one shipment of Wave 4 pre-Christmas and sold out fast, meaning (presumably) that whatever they get next will be Wave 5...

Also, if you're willing to drop an extra two bucks on the buggers, Things from Another World are stocking them, the Milwaukie and Sandy Boulevard locations had Wave 3 rev. as well.

That place is great! They were fully stocked up on DTC figures at a decent price ($6 if I remember correctly) they also had a smattering of vintage stuff.

TFAW is charging an arm and a leg for the 25th, but I wouldn't be surprised if I resort to them when Wave 5 starts hitting again.

Fred Meyer had wave 4 a week or two before Christmas.

The problem is I have a friend here in Lynnwood that hits those stores nearly every day and those Joes are on his list. And he tends to pick them up for me and another of his friends if he can. There just hasn't been quite enough to go around yet.

This morning at target i found the wave 5 set including 2 CGs... and wave 1 CC.

I found remnants of Wave 5 at two Portland Targets this morning (Jantzen Beach and Mall 205). A black Snake Eyes at each and a Crimson Guard at Mall 205 (I snagged that one).

So they're out. Hopefully Target will keep stocking these, even though Stalkers are piling up big time.

I snagged all of Wave 5 (they only had one set) at the Target on 185th (Tanasbourne).

This wave rocks! It looked like the store had gotten a few cases since they had quite a few CGs there, but only one each of Destro, Snake Eyes, Snowjob and Flash.

Wallys has a 2 sets of wave 4 here in bend, Minus Air Troopers, passed though all the bubbles were smooshed. Is that a Common Problem? Should I just look for the least smashed and call it a set or hold out for nicer ones?

I haven't seen any silver Hawks in Portland, and it's good to hear that FM hasn't dropped the line. None of the stores around here seem to have any 25th stock or pegs.

Local Target stores do have the exclusives in the back - good luck trying to get them to bring them out before April 13 - I had no luck this evening.

There are one of each in a case. I bought a case for me and a case for another local collector.

When I was at the Lynnwood Target this past Saturday, they had one set out and more in the back still according the price scanner.

They are still out there. Take the DCPI number with you when you go and have them check if they don't have the scanners that will do it for you.

Hey just wanted to let you guys know that Freddys is having 20% off all action Figures this week.Here in bend They stocked like 20 comic packs and a case of wave? (The five pack guys on single cards) got the Air Trooper, German on Motorcycle, and the little kiddie looking Belloq(sp?) w/ ghost and am debating the Issue #21 if I go back in a few days. (I'm a completist but even I hate CC and Dukes Colours).

Also Wallys are stocked on Comic Packs and are getting the Wild Bill, Viper wave in. saw Spirit and Jetpack Duke but passed for now(Maybe freddys will get some with the sale going).

Where are some good places to find new Joes in Portland? I'm making a trip up there in a couple weeks and would be happy to find some toys to bring back with me.

Also, anyone know if Fred Meyers has been getting any of the newer waves? Last wave I saw was 6 and that was a while ago.

I was in Fred Meyer stores lately looking for Joes. I have seen some cases of the single pack VvsV packs in the stores. It is very odd to see them on the shelf with the 25th anniversary packs.

I wish they were cheaper than the $2.99 price on them though. Fred Meyer was having a 20% off sale on action figures this week so maybe you can get them for $2.39 each.

I found some of the new wave and some of the last wave today at the WalMart in Moscow, ID. I saw Baroness, Roadblock, Python Officer, CC with Container, Torpedo, HISS driver, Wild Bill, BAT, and Snow Serpent.
I think that was all of them.

Well time for you guys to check Freddys, I was there earlier and was shocked they had like 3 cases worth of single back joes. It was the BAT- Snow Serpent wave, they also had at least 1 case of the Copperhead Comic figures.I was broke but it was fun holding 6 bats :)

I found the Crimson Guard Battle Pack and the Green Shirts/Firefly Battle Pack at Tacoma TRU today. I found a Conquest to open at Tacoma Target. Overall it was a great day to go hunting. I even did the Puyallup. Man it was HOT today!

WoW! I was there Saturday Morning and didn't see them. They must have put them out after I went there. I found mine at West Olympia Target Sunday morning and Tacoma Target Sunday afternoon. I had them put them on hold for me. The Firebat will be out soon as well as the Sharc and Awe Striker w/Leather'duke'neck. Happy hunting!:)

In case you missed it, all of Wave 11 is up for order on HasbroToyShop (limit of 1 per figure) and use the code MDCREW to save 20% (shipping and tax still apply). If you order the whole wave it will about $8 a figure shipped. They also have STAR WARS wave 4, but they don't ship until December 8th. They still have the Firebat and AWE Striker in stock. Well, Entertainment earth just shipped my FANG/CLAW and AWE STRIKER, so I won't need to hunt it down at Kmart. However, I may buy an extra FANG if I actually find it on the shelf. I kept my pre-order of Wave 11 from EE so I can keep on sealed. I'm still collecting 2 of each. Has wave 10 even hit the stores yet? I need a regular version of the Wraith figure. My friend said he found the Fang/Claw and Awe Striker at a Wal-mart, so they will be showing up everywhere. I saw someone, perhaps the devil, throw all those figures way up on top of the shelf. Out of sight, out of mind.

That doesn't help anything because they are still in the store's inventory. If they are hidden, they will never sell and the store won't be replenished as quickly.

Well, this devil did not do it. I wonder which of my brethren did it. Obviously not one of the smarter ones because they would of known that removing them from the peg does not remove them from inventory.

I saw the CCs back on the pegs at the South Center Target. At least they have the Rattler and the Conquest.

Thursday was a good day to look. I saw a lot of Snake-eyes, Major Bludd, CC in Armor, Barbeque, Bazooka, and some other figures. I was able to get the Firebat and the Sharc at the Tacoma Toys R Us. It was the onlyone I saw in the store. Is there a difference between Vamps in this wave of vehicles?

I picked up wave 11 at the Lynnwood 196th St Fred Meyer last night. Sorry, I didn't leave any behind - there were only one each of that wave.

There were a couple of wave 10 still there though.

I have been looking around and what is the best place to figure out what figures are in each wave? I use yojoe.com to get all the figures but they don't show them in the waves.

I just now realized that this board exsisted. I got the firefly vs greenshirts, buy one get one at toys r us on black friday. I picked up all of wave 10 and all of wave 11 that day at wall mart and target in puyallup. I"m still trying to find vehicles newer than the flightpod. I did also pick up an ultimate battle pack. I think they are just awesome. Anybody know a good place to sell 80's joe stuff in the tacoma area?

Anyway, I just found the Yoda and Kenobi Battlepacks at Lakewood Target. They had 2 of each left. I also found the GI JOE Wraith figure at West Olympia Target. They had all the UBP plus the GI JOE one too. I left behind Matt Tracker, Scarlett, Airborne, and Tiger Force Duke at the Lakewood Target. Has anyone seen another Darth Trachta Comic-Pack OR the Ajjaa Ventruss CW figure? Anyway, it's time to eat curry. Keep hunting and let me know what you find. I recently saw most of the walmarts having in the new comic packs with fred as BACC and the gung ho rock'n'roll one. I actually like the coloring on the cp gung ho. Also walmarts seem to be getting a lot of the wave with crocmaster and wraith. I'm still not seeing any of the new vehicle waves anywhere though.

Some of the North End Seattle Targets had the Blowtorch wave yesterday.

Bellingham Walmart had Wave 13, But someone already go the Cobra Troopers and Blowtorchs. They should have some wave 2 vehicles and a couple of Wave 10 sets as well. Anybody in the area see Wave 12 yet?

I saw that the walmart supercenter in federal wave had about 6 boxes of wave 13 and still had plenty of figs today too. Someone bent all the blowtorch and torch filecards though, so i picked up one too open. They also had a firebat that some A-hole returned with a wildweasel figure in it. I alerted the store returns manager to have the staff watch for that garbage, this store has never had the new vehicle waves. They have plenty of the DVD sets as well.

At my local Target (a few minutes outside Tampa) they are keeping the shelves packed! I buy only one of each figure to keep cost reasonable so today I left behind Wraith, all 3 resolute figs, new Firefly, both TF, Snake Eyes (85 style and Artic), a Bat and Paraviper, There was plenty more (about 40 figs on the shelf) but those were the best. That Target seems to be the only place around with a large variety. Most places around here have a few CCs and some old Duke comic packs. Also since KB is going under they have Joes 30 percent off. Problem is they have 4 Legions packs and 2 Joe 5 packs and AFTER the discount still want 22 bucks. EDIT- sorry Im new here and didnt realise this was a local thread for the NW. Maybe I'll make it up to you guys by sending you some East Coast overflow figures. Who wants Wraith lol

I found a UBP for $28 at the Olympia Target. Thank goodness I keep my receipts. I managed to get 2 for the price of one! You gotta love Target's price slashing process. So tunnel rat is a fred meyer's for $14.99. That explains why D&S Toys wants more for that wave then the rest of them. I used a receipt every time. I haven't been denied yet. I got 2 Rancors for the price of one last year and 6 order 66 packs for $20 the year before that. I believe as long as you have your receipt you can do it. I saw Wraith at the Olympia TRU. They had like 3 of them. He's also popping up at Wal-Fart. Happy hunting!

I saw the Tiger Rat at SouthCenter Target on Sunday. I think all the resellers are picking up the exclusives to sell at the Emerald City Comic-con this year. That is what they did with the Target exclusives last year. They jacked the price up to double the Target price. I doubt they sold a single one but they probably did. To those people who don't pay attention and shop at Target. I hate resellers.

I will be going to the Regal cinema in downtown Seattle. I am not sure what theater I will be in at this time. I should have bought my ticket today but I forgot. I figure I will have time tomorrow to get it.

I will be watching the movie in downtown Seattle. I will be attending a midnight showing hopefully. Then I will be in the theater Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am taking a three day weekend. At this point I plan on attending every showing I can.
