For some reason, I bought this several years ago during my "buy any joe stuff" phase. It is called the Powerspark G.I. Joe miltary helicopter by Kenner. I believe it is meant to be used with the Kenner Powerspark welding toy, but I'm not sure. Anyone interested in this can email offers to gijoes375@mindspring.com.
