It's no secret that the Deep Six figure is next to worthless. I wanted a useable Deep Six and had planned on using the Sunbow design. However I recently discovered the Marvel design which is much more unique. The custom was very simple. I only painted the hat, waist, and upper legs. The head is a placeholder until my Jake Farrel figure arrives.

Recipe:
Head- Jake Farrel
Body- ROC Firefly
Arms- ROC FIrefly
Hands- DG Duke
Legs- 25th Shipwreck
Hat- Pit Commando
MP5- Legion XIV

How come you didn't use the 25th Deep-Six's head?

He looks just like he did on the USS Jane. Great idea with the collar!

Figure has been revised. Sanded down the hands, painted the neck, and added a new head.
