As you can see, I have been working on a DD version of Zandar, as a commision. It is very early in the progress, and as you can see I've only just started the shoulder armor. There are several more mods to be made, but I wanted to get some feedback on the roughly painted headsculpt. More pics tomorrow! Lemme' know what you think.

Here are a couple more pics with the shoulder armor and gloves added. The paint was just to check and see if the surfaces were going to need any sanding, and will change colors on the final product.

Damn you're good! Hope I can have you do a figure for me one day.

But what do you start with when making one? Is that someone else's head that you modify, or do you cast your own? Is the chest from another figure or all original?
