does anyone know this item?
It's a blue cap from GIjoe with an International Hero written an it.
It's has no top, don't know how you call it in english...uhm not even in Dutch.
Like Mcdonalds.
I couldn't find a pic on yojoe, but this is an non-us item for sure as it said International hero and not American hero.
I can make a picture if you don't understand me :) and I know most of you don't.

Cool looking Sun cap.

But I have no idea about it. First I've seen.

Does anyone of Yojoe know about this one?
I got it from a guy from Belgium. He said it might be something from the fanclub. But why should the language be in english then?
In Belgium the subtitle for GI joe was. Internationale Helden or Heros sant frontieres. Not an International hero, perhaps something from the UK?

I added it to the international/other section since we aren't quite sure where it belongs yet.

Alot of items that are barely identifiable are out there on backpacks, caps, slippers, sneakers.

As a kid i distinctly remember

a blue major altitude backpack for 2nd graders.

I dont know if its in the archives, but i know it existed.

Also stuff like Gi Joe sneakers at Payless

and that sort of thing.

I just think Hasbro sold the logo rights or rented them to the company
or it was just produced illegally and nobody cared to stop it.

I think the U.K. was the only country that labeled G.I. Joe as International Hero in English, so I would say that it came from the U.K., but it's just a guess.

Could be, as in the Netherlands is was translated to, de internationale Helden and in Belgian, Heros sant frontieres. But then again I got this from a Belgian guy who sold his old toys. So he was no collector, and probably didn't bought it. Maybe he got it from the Fanblub here. We had one as well. I'll try to make contact with him again. Lately a lot of European stuff pop out where we don't know anything about.
