Just got a lot from Ebay and the vehicles smell smokey. Anyone have any experience de-scenting things? Can they be soaked in something or left outside for a while to remove it?

If you don't want to get them wet, put them in a closeable storage bin with some fresh charcoal.

In the spice section of your local grocery you can buy a small container of whole bay leaves. Wrap a hand full of leaves in a paper towel and simply lay them in the top of a sealed storage container. This will also deter any insects from getting into your goods. Pros: Insect repellent and gets rid of smoke smell. Cons: Toys smell like a spice rack lol.

Baking soda eats the odor pretty well
