Probably local, my Wal-Mart had it for $13.86.

If you collect dogtags you should get the VvV VHS from K-Mart for $8.99. It is a K-Mart store exclusive.

I paid $13.86 at walmart.I haven't watched it yet but I think it's a little over priced.

Well Meijer's had it for $12.99 last Tuesday.

But i didn't buy it from them. :(

I instead went first thing Tuesday morning at 8:00am when K-Mart Opened and got mine at K-Mart. they are asking $14.99 for the DVD. But you also get that Exclusive Metal G.I.Joe: Valor VS Venom Dog Tag with Chain. That's a K-Mart Only Exclusive! So by Paying $2.00 more than the Meijer Store price. You get the Dog Tag! Well worth the $2.00 more if you ask me.

At TRU you get a free figure pack with purchase.

tru has it for 14.99 plus free figure pack plus $5 off the thunderwing, so it winds up costing like 3 bucks.
