Not sure if this was the proper topic to post this in but ah well. I have a red arashikage ninja logo tattoo on my lower right leg beneath my calf about 6.5 inches in height(yeah I know, it's supposed to go on my right arm but my employer probably wouldn't dig it). Now, my question is, should I do anything else with this leg. I was thinking about putting a cobra logo on the front of my leg and having the ninja logo and the cobra logo engulfed in flames. But some other people say that the ninja logo looks good by itself. Everyone who sees the tattoo says it looks like I have a brick on my leg, and I'm getting REALLY sick of it. I really need some help from fellow joe fans on this. Any opinions as to what I should do would be greatly appreciated.......PLEASE

Hey, that's me! Thanks for the plug Nick! :)

Bane, you could really do a LOT with your leg but it all depends on how heavily tattooed you want to be. For example, here's what i did with my lower leg:

If you don't want to get that much ink, then perhaps something more subtle like the cobra logo and flames would be more suited for you. But, if you want to go bigger then you could certainly work around the ninja theme and have several of the more prominent ninjas done in a collage around the Arashikage symbol or you could just get some of your favorite characters both Joe and Cobra done in a collage as well.

Ultimately, while people can give you advice on what to have done, in the end, you have to be comfortable with the size, placement and subject matter of the piece so these are things you have to consider. Whatever you decide, be sure to send me pictures so i can add them to the GI Joe tattoo archive on the site and if you'd like to chat more, feel free to email me at thalljoben@shaw.ca
