Any thoughts are appreciated.

The figure on the left is the Valor Vs. Venom Dusty, but it looks like someone either painted it or it's an unreleased variant. The figure on the right is the 1994 Street Fighter movie edition Navy SEAL Guile (and it looks like his nose has seen better days).
