For the archives--these are pics of the G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary coin. Although Drew has already submitted a picture of the front of the package I thought it would be nice to submit pics of the inside of the package as well as pics of the coin itself. This is an awesome collectible and one of my favorites--check it out and let me know what you think! By the way, the travel toothbrush pics I submitted earlier are also in this folder so just ignore them.

Dan, what does that coin set generally sell for and is it hard to find at all?

I have been looking for this coin since Jan of this year and I have only seen one on ebay. I think it cost me around $35. There are many items like this that as soon as I see them on ebay I WILL OWN THEM AT WHATEVER COST! The only problem is some items are VERY rare and it may take some time to get them. Patience, patience, patience........

Thanks for the info Dan...just one more thing to add to my search list. ;)

How were these sold? Were they a mail away, FC thing? Or were they a Hasbro employee/in-house item?

Sorry for all the questions on this one...i'm just really taken by this piece!

Honestly Shane, I'm not sure. I just started collecting this stuff fairly recently (although I'm REALLY trying to make up for lost time) but I'll bet either dryhawk37 (Drew) or Xavieur could answer your question. Good luck finding one!
