I found this 3.5" figure and I think it is the 2005 Short Fuze, but this one has brown gloves and boots. It says made in hong Kong below his belt on the back. Just wondering if there was a variant for this guy.

A URL is a web address. You would need to upload your jpeg to an image hosting site. It then would have a URL associated with it that you could include here.
