You could try http://www.jeebs.btinternet.co.uk. I hve never used them I just came across them on the internet. They don't seem to sell new stuff, just old. All the best.

Most toy shops still stock some GI Joe (1st & 2nd wave of spy troops, night attack chopper, hiss tank IV), but not getting any new stuff in. Woolworths has chad valley stuff, incuding a cool transporter. A lot of places are getting Corps! toys in, including Asda & Gamleys. Poundstretcher sounds like the place to go, though.

hey i went to poundstrecher yesterday and picked up a few venom cycle (£3each) and I bought the BTR Raging Typhoon w/Blowtorch. I wasnt overly impressed with the BTR vehicles but this looks to be one of the best. The Venom cycle was ridiculously big compared to the size of the figures...but the vipers are nice. But the first wave of european releases are still gathering dust on our shelves.

I bought the SpyTroops single pack assortments (6 in total) from our local "Savers" for £1.49 each last week. I'm expecting to see them in Poundland soon! Hasbro UK has really messed up regarding GI JOE.
