Although I know this has been added to the archives I thought I would post additional pics and information about it (this is the one--sorry, Jeff!). Jeff, please feel free to add any of these pics to the archives (the current pictures are a little dark).

OK, these pics are of the 1991 Impel Premium Edition Official Collector's Album. This album was available as a mail order item through an ad on the backs of the 1991 Impel cards packages. The binder came with 23 nine-card collecting sheets marked "Impel" on the side of the sheets.

Finally, here is a scan of the album offer on the back of an unopened pack of the Impel cards. Unfortunately, it is a little hard to read as I had trouble trying to make the image larger so here is what it says in the red portion of the package: "Get your G.I. Joe Premier Edition Collector's Album Now!" Additional sentences include, "Collect your G.I. Joe Trading Cards in the premier edition Collector's Album, customized with a special G.I. Joe premier edition logo and 23 nine-card collecting sheets for only $19.99 (includes postage and handling)," and "Offer expires March 31, 1992."
