I know this is a little late since this issue is a few months old but if you haven't gotten Lee's Toy Review #144 you should pick it up--the middle section is a 12-page pull-out entitled "Lee's Guide to International G.I. Joe." This guide is by no means complete (especially when compared to Ron and Derek's "International Action Figure Archive" from backinthedaytoys.com) but it does have some really cool pictures. My favorites are the pictures of the Mexican boxed figures with the Action Packs and the Canadian Cobra C.A.T. Tank MIB. Check it out!
