For the archives--these scans are of a promo card from 1994. The card is 5" x 7" and is printed on cardstock. The card promoted that "The G.I. Joe Heroes Skydiving Team will jump into the Veiled Prophet Fair - 7/2 - 7/4." Check out the scans--does that guy look like Snake-Eyes to you?
