OK, I don't consider myself an idiot but since this is the first board I have ever been a member of could someone tell me how to make an avatar? I have looked for websites with G.I. Joe avatars (and had little success) but I would like to custom-make my own. The only problem is I can't seem to downsize the image enough and I keep getting the message that the image is too large. Any help would be greatly appreciated. At this point, I am just about willing to settle for whatever I can get but I would really like to make my own.
