For the archives--this is an Electronic Voice Amplifier from 1983 by Nasta Industries, Inc. The box does not have a date but the amplifier itself is marked 1983. In the box contents pic the instructions are behind the amplifier--I forgot to take them out and I don't want to take another picture so sue me!
