Maybe it's because of the picture, but the digital photopraph gives me the impression that the cobra officer has been played with. And does this figure come with a Cobra soldier riffle???

It might be the picture, but I have the impression that the figure has some paintwear (the cobra symbol is not very clear, but that's maybe because of the flash of the camera; on the other hand I have the impression that there is some paintwear on the legs).

The upperlegs are damaged. And normally this figure comes with an M-16, not the cobra soldier sniper riffle.

Yep, that's legit. I lived in Korea when I was a kid, and bought one off a street vendor. They are also different from the US version in that the skin paint is slightly more matte, and looks much better than the US. Made in China still, and the quality is US quality. I just recently found that I still have mine, but he's pretty tore up, but still distinctly the Korean version.
