I was looking at the variant images of the Phantom on the site and I noticed that my X-19 is neither of the two variants.

Mine does NOT have the pull out tab. It has the sliding block mechanism itself but no tab and no middle latch at the tip of the tail. The trademark stamp is at the end of the tail covered by the sliding mechanism.

There's no hinge. In fact there doesn't seem to be anything where the bar can attach to and the sliding mechanism is a totally different shape than what is shown on the site.

There is also no half-circle scoop cut out from the bottom of the aircraft as shown in the photos of the site.

I bought this plane MISB way back and I assembled it myself.
