Was watching the GIJoe Revenge of Cobra mini-series yesterday
and there was this one scene when Duke was forced to battle with Snake
Eyes in some arena that Cobra Commander made.
Anyways, Duke said they had to send a message to HQ, Snake pointed at one
of the beams and they intentionally hit it with Duke's sword. When it collapsed
Snake Eyes used a thingamajigee to send a morse code signal to HQ.

Heres my question, Breaker was standing over this guy in green who was
i guess translating the morse code that Snake Eyes was sending. Who is he?
I was forced to watch the movie through out hoping that someone would
mention his name, yet they never did??

I'm away from my tapes right now, but if it's the one who mentions Joe Code Ultra, I'm pretty sure that's Sparks. He has several lines in the miniseries, but I believe he isn't named in dialogue until "Cobra Stops the World." Gregg Berger does the voice, and Sparks shows up in the second season as a retired Joe.

(I've heard that Sparks was planned as a figure but that the concept of an overall tech whiz was split into Mainframe and Dial-Tone.)

Yes it's Sparks... I took a pic of my TV while pausing the DVD, so that's why the pics are weird looking, lol.
