Today at Target I found about four or five Gung-Ho/Viper packs... but in all of them, the included Viper was red, not blue! There didn't seem to be anything wrong or modified with the figure positioning or the tape anywhere, so I was wondering - is this a variant, or a figure-swapping incident?

I bought one of the packs anyway because I don't have a red viper, and I need an extra Gung-Ho hat for a custom.

Then is must've been swapped.

I still think it's kind of funny - I needed the Gung-Ho hat, and I didn't have a red viper. So, it actually worked in my favor
