Or factory goof?

I found this at a Dollar General today. Note, the skorpion machine pistol isn't there in place is a pistol, the one I think came with the Wave 7 Cobra Commander but in black! The bubble is sealed, too. I'll try to get a better photo.

I'd say it's just a packaging error. I had a Nightcreeper from the same wave that came with an extra uzi on the figure side of the bubble. That lucky guy got himself elected squad leader (complete with a repaint of his gold parts to silver).

I think so, too. But did they ever make that pistol in black?? I thought only Wave 7 C.C. had it and it was silver.

Either way I'm keeping this boy MOC.
