Hmmm...


I tried listing some auctions last week and in my auctions I have this:

"I accept Paypal payments (I can't accept CREDIT/DEBIT card payments)"

I don't have an upgraded account to accept CREDIT/DEBIT card payments, so I put this in there as a precaution to prevent someone from paying with those payments. I don't do enough business to have an upgraded account.

However, for the first time ever while listing on ebay, they cancelled three of my auctions and sent me a letter stating my account could be suspended. I finished the letter and it stated I needed to accept ALL Paypal payments.

What a pain...when did this start?

actually that has been PayPals rules for a long time as it goes it violates PayPals policy to use a personal account for anything other then personal use,to use it for eBay payments and such is a no no in fact PayPal made a mention on their site that they were gonna be enforcing it thru eBay and other venues that people accept PayPal thru.
