from what i've seen of the packageing(similar to transformer knock offs) i'd have to say places like Flea Markets,and such.

those are pretty kool knock-offs..ive seen some g.i.joe knock-off before in way more better looking style and more colorful figures in mexico and even the cardbacks are close to the old style g.i.joe cardbacks..they run like 99cents to $3.99,from single pack up to 6 figures in a pack..

i think i have some old pic's of them,i bought a few about 1 yr ago,ill check to see if i still have the pictures!

clutch II..my printer broke..so now,i cant make the decals for those lego g.i.joe figures..so i guess so far u got the biggest army for right now..lol

I have the Dialtone and Hawk looking ones. I found them last year at a Dollar General store. They both came packaged with a Galaxy Defender robot and went for about $10.
