View Full Version : Carded Funskool Figures with Russian Text Speed Racer 09-16-2005, 11:04 PM I recently got a group of carded Funskool figures with Russian text on the back and have a couple of questions. One, how many were made with the Russian text? And two, how difficult are they to find? If I hadn't found them by chance on ebay I wouldn't have even known they existed. In your guide, on page 82, you say there are 20 Russian Joes, but in the price guide on page 94, there are 23 Joes listed. Does anybody know how many were produced and have a list of them? Sorry for the confusion. Limited info, coupled with typos in the book, makes it a little confusing. I've spent 5 months in Moscow back in 2000, and came back with 10 carded Funskool / Russion Joes ... Ebay wasn't in France in 2000, so I auctioned them off on www.ibazar.fr (http://www.ibazar.fr) ... they went for $10 each ... I had Quick Kick, Storm Shadow v2, SpearHead and Max (Variant), Barbecue, etc. Wish I knew I should have kept some ...
