Ok, easy game, but you need a little Joe knowledge. Most people know what a lbc is, right? (lazy boy custom - although sometimes the "B" has an alt meaning)

I'm posting a pic of a simple lbc, no painting, trimming, remolding, or anything that requires talent - or that could make an ID of parts tricky, has been done. Whoever can ID all the parts; Head, Arms, Torso, Crotch, & Legs, is up next. When you're up, post a lbc pic of your own. Just throw something together from your parts box if you don't have anything pre-assembled.

Be specific, list either a year or (better yet) a version number for the original fig's parts. Saying "Snake Eyes torso" is really vague. Also, some parts are re-used a lot, so pay attention to the paint.

LBC? I guess I've always heard PBC, what does the "L" stand for?
& yeah, I guess waist is better than crotch, but in buying/selling, it's usually a broken crotch, not a broken waist - just what I'm used to :rolleyes:

L stands for "Lazy" and the B stands for the "alternate meaning" that you mentioned. Changing the title would probably get more people to play

Crotch, well, that describes the part of the waistpiece that is broken ;)

I'll come up with something later today. I have quite a few LBCs on hand, or I might make something a little tougher

yeah, same here... i've got the head and feet, and i'm still trying to figure out the rest.

One part is from a figure with only one version
One part is from a entire repaint of a figure made into a new character
The other three parts are from second versions of figures (one is literally "v2" but not truly a v2)

One last hint: All the parts come from figures released in 1994 or after

the belt seems to be painted silvery chrome, and the side bumps were
painted black...

D'oh! I guess it wasn't an LBC after all. I forgot I customized it for another figure before I put this one together. My bad. :o

Keep in mind only the feet are painted they have been used on 2 figures. I wanted to use the second version but had to settle for a painted set of the first.

I take that back...the left arm has a bit of paint on it but it dosen't conceil any of the clues. also on the arms...think 2 of the more popular Cobra Army builders.

The visor has been chromed but was only availavble in 2 ways...this one was gotten the cheaper way.

The gun and sword have had parts clipped off.

Looks like EEL v1 forearms and BAT v1 upper arms to me.

I wouldn't consider that an LBC even if it wasn't painted. Taking apart the legs is easy, but taking the arms apart takes some doing and I don't consider that "lazy" ;)

yep...you got it. thats a salvo head and downtown feet.

as far as the LBC-edness of the figure, I figured sombody would question the LBC-edness of mine. For me I equate LBCs with PPC (posable playable customs) so that means no major paint on the thighs, crotch, torso or arms. all places that paint chips will happen.

and not to brag, but I've switched arms enought that its pretty much not a thing for me.
