this one looks like peatonss command e-frame but the colers are different the body is grey with red "hands" and silver "fingers" has red toes and three missle launchers on back one hand shoots a missle the other one grabs the windsheild sill is silver and it has clear shins the figure it comes with is a neo-sapian and has brown glovessea green sleeves and pants purple shoulders and shirt brown belly lavander holsters with brown straps and purple boots anyone know what these two things are called?

The Phaeton you're speaking of sounds like the TECH Wars series that came out a couple years ago at Kay Bee. Essentially repaints of the original Exo Squad toys but with new heads for the good guys and new heads and arms for the Neos. You can see the Phaeton on a cardback here:
