I was looking at my extra USS Flagg pieces and noticed a slight variation for the bow ladder (part # M-3964-1). One has two small plastic tabs that help it to attach to the bow section more securely while the other one I have doesn't. From my experience, I believe the tabless bow ladder to be more common, even though the instruction sheet states they should be there. Which version you have?

Are there are any other variant parts on the USS Flagg that you found?

ARGH!! no wonder mine is so lame, it never stays in well- it doesnt have the tabs, and looking closely, there never were any, this is a variant. ARGH times seven!! there are the holes for the tabs too.

something must have messed up in the mold.
