Usually these guys scam for a year or so and move along. Especially when Oklahoma law enforcement's been dispatched to his home. Glad my ordeal with him is done.

i'll be visiting the states within a few months, and i'm planning to visit the local police department then. i still have my emails and i have my paypal records.

it's only about 22$, but I can't believe this guy simply starts all over again.

i sort of feel guilty. i won 2 lots form this guy. one was for like 16 bucks the other was for like 25. i got the 25 one but not 16. i filed with paypal and they only were able to get 12 of it back. he came back and ended up refunding me the 25 instead of the other 4. the numbers are off a little but bottom line is i ended up getting more money then i was supposed to. i tried to tell him this but he never responded. i talked about this in another thread. totaly bizare.
