Is it true that the 1987 explosion backs come with no offers on the front of the card?

all the ones i've ever seen have the fridge offer on the front.

I've never seen one without the Fridge offer either.

You would think "no offer" would be the first version of the 87s and have the explosion on it but I checked mine and all of the ones I had had the fridge except for ap #5.
