Its probably a error someone made, they were probably changing the prices and messed it up. It will probably go back to normal in a little bit.

Only way I'd buy any SIGMA 6 is if they really were free AND the shipping were free too! :p

If you placed an order during the time frame when it was $0.00 they have to honor it by law. Does not matter if it is a mistake. By law any advertised price must be honored during time it is posted. They can not legally charge you other than $0.00. Beleive me i have worked in retail for many years. I have seen it happen before.

yes but remember online transactions are not bound by the same laws of retail,as it goes if it was a computer glitch by law they are not bound by it if it was corrected within a 24 hour period or so,also they can claim it was a virus attack.

Yes ,
but they have to prove it. I had a similar experience with kb a year or so ago with gi joe figure on website. Price was $2.99 insead of their usual high prices. i ordered and paid and then they cancelled order claiming computer error. I told them they had to honor it and they refused. but i reminded them that anyone has access to legal options and they gave in. If anything they should throw you a bone. its bad business.

problem is its not like the price was lower but free if it went to court it would be decided in favor of Hasbro since it is obvious that it was some kind of technical and/or computer virus error.

They do have to prove it though. You can simply ask for proof as to why the price was what it was. They have to give a real answer and not brush you off.

don't get me wrong i believe they should honor the price but i also know they will not since they said they would charge full price.

It doesn't hurt to complain. ;)

Especially since they hiked up the DTC prices
