Weird,
I have two of the top one but not the other. Is there any other difference as dates or special offer on front?

One card was made in 87 and the other 88. Front is ripped on the 87 so I'm not able to tell if there was a special offer. The 88 card did not have a special offer. Everything else on the file card is the same. Its weird that Hasbro would just change the SN number for what ever reason.
