I and another friend found three packages of G.I.Joe Valor vs Venom mispackaged figures .It was the 2005 edition of Gun Ho vs Cobra Viper.
Gung Ho was as he was supposed to be however the Cobra Viper was not in the package in all three packages. In its place was a Larnard figure. All three
packages are sealed from the factory on mint cards. Only thing I can figure is that the same plant in china either produces both G.I.Joe and Larnard figures and or packages such figures and a lanard figure accidentially got sealed up in the Joe packages ( at least three we have maybe several more some out of the box were already sold before we arrived) . It was a figure swap. Somebody bought the pack, replaced one fig for another they didn't want, then returned it to the store. It happens a lot.

They were resealed by a thief. It's easier to reseal these packages than you might think

Sorry, not rare, just a theif that wanted the Viper and not another Gung Ho. If you purchased them, they are worth maybe $3 for the Gung Ho. $0.10 for the Corps Figure.

Lanard and Hasbro are different companies with different manufacturing plants.
