I won item off Ebay about 2 weeks ago.I received one email about the same time stating "item will be shipped tonight".I have not received anything:mad: I have emailed 3 times since then asking for tracking number with no response.Contact info is wrong.I paid with credit card through Paypal.Should I just dispute it through credit card company or file with paypal?Also will filing a credit card dispute affect credit rating?Thanks for any help!

Normally, I'd say that at two weeks, you should wait a little longer. However, if there is a problem with the contact info & they are no longer replying to emails, email one more time saying that if you don't hear from them within a day or two you plan to file a paypal claim.

Also Keep In Mind Its The Holidays And Packages Are Slow.
