The previous "favorite color thread" inspired me to put up this post :cool:

Yup, Firefly V1s my favourite.
I also really liked the Crimson version too.

As a kid my favs were the ones in green camo - Falcon, Leatherneck, Sgt. Slaughter V2, Beach Head, Footloose, etc. It seemed like there was never enough of these kinds of figures, especially later on in the line.

I was impressed with the "futuristic" camo that Repeater and Storm Shadow V2 had. Seems pretty prescient now that the Canadian Forces, the US Marine Corps and the US Army have all started using this kind of camo in the past few years, doesn't it?

My favorite camo was the Viper glider camo as it was shown in the catalogs with dark blue on black. The light blue of the actual product never thrilled me much though. My favorite figure camo is probably that black and grey tetris camo used on some of the new Night Force figures. Not because its a practical design, just because it looks really cool.

Firefly V1 still is my fave Cobra camo as for the Joes the Nightforce Outback does the trick for me.

No doubt, Firefly v1 is the very best- the polar assault team one from 98 is cool as well. I really dig Shockwave for the Joes with Beachhead a close second or even Stalker v1.

I also liked the Desert Camo Duke that came out with that Desert Hummer.

I always liked the "Stars & Stripes" Stalker, since he's got more than two colors.

Favorite - Ambush

Least Favorite - Avalanche (the cow) or Leatherneck v.2 (the giraffe)

One thing that really bothered me about the Joes is there was no DPM, or the US equivalent.
I would love to have seen some figures done up in that.
