I pulled out my Duke v3 to dump it on ebay, and all of the brown accessories had broken. They seemed to have developed weak spots and just cracked.

Has anyone else seen this? It's a pretty unique color for a joe, so I'm thinking the plastic could be different. None of the other figures stored with him had the same problem.

Any thoughts?

Same thing happened to mine, the knife and tripod just kinda busted in the bag I have him stored in. The only thing to survive was his gun.

I had a Duke v3 knife that cracked in 4 places but stayed together. It was just kind of floppy. I think someone stepped on it in the carpet. So yeah, I've had that problem as well.

WOW! So, I'm not alone! My 1992 Duke's knife just kinda splintered apart one day! I thought that was the freakiest thing ever, but it looks like it has happened to many others....

On a related note, does anyone have a 1992 Duke knife for sale. I need one to have a 100% complete figure :D

I don't know. I thought I had an extra complete Duke (before I sold one), but I can't find it anywhere. Maybe the accessories are so brittle that mine disintegrated :eek:

i don't know after hearing all of your guys problems i'm gonna have to go check mine out that is really weird though
