Well, sort of.....
The "freebie" vehicle is a geared up VAMP that appears to be based on the disappointing VAMP mold last used by TRU a couple of years ago.
The larger vehicle (that even con goers must buy) is, as suspected, a cobra-colored Mauler tank with Rip-It driver figure....problem is, due to distribution problems, these won't actually be available until November.
Figure exclusives included the already-announced Roddy Piper and the S6 Red Ninja parachute drop figure....the unannounced two pack is a Silver Pads Grand Slam and Starduster with jet pack set. Other than the Red Ninja (S6), all other figures are in the 25th style.
